Quechee Falls

The Falls in Quechee, Vermont.  The enormous power of these falls are harnessed for hydroelectric power, as they have been for a century.  The current use (no electrical pun intended)  is to generate power for the glass furnaces of the world-famous Simon Pearce glass factory.  This former linen mill was bought by Simon Pearce and turned into a glassblowing factory, of course an upscale store, and a restaurant that was highly recommended by Kevin, our Innkeeper in Woodstock.  This picture basically shows the view from the restaurant.
